HP CM3530 error 49.1805

Hi,
I have a customer with an HP CM3530 MFP wich started throwing this Error 49.1805 code usually when trying to print after the MFP went to sleep\stand by. It sometimes reboots by itself even though the error text says to manually reboot the machine.

I'm attaching a screenshot of the error.

Is this firmware related? Didn't find much on the web.

Have you updated the firmware? HP continually fixes 49.xxxx related errors with new firmware releases. If firmware doesn't resolve the error, then, more than likely there is a corrupted print job sitting in a que somewhere.

I remember updating the firmware somewhere in April because I couldn't make the machine Scan to Email using Gmail, can't remember if it was the latest firmware or not. I will check when I get to the machine.

Saw that too on HP's support website. Will try to update the firmware and see what happens.

I also found a procedure to do a "Cold reset" by using a combination of buttons when turning on the machine, maybe it helps.

It has the latest firmware.

Also noticed a bunch of other errors.

I spoke with the company that sold us the machine and they'll send us a new formatter board for start.
