I've got a designjet T520 with a blue screen, and a number that says B3373534. I can't find anything on this. I haven't looked at the machine yet. Customer is still waiting to hear back from me.

Dumb question but have they turned it off and back on? When does this error occur? Can you get a picture of it?
I'll see what I can find out.

From what I've been told, it's the main PCA. There is a USB drive attached to it that could be a problem, but it doesn't appear you can order that (yet.) A new PCA would come with the USB drive.
Let us know what you find.

I got some more info. It looks like the machine kept having problems with the black ink ctg. They decided to replace the printhead. It said 'calibrating' for a few hours, then went to this error. They tried removing the printhead, but this error won't go away.
Any idea what the difference between Main PCA basic & pro is?
I believe the 'basic' is the T120, the 'pro' is the T520. 256M of RAM vs 1GB.
Make sure they try removing all of the consumables and try powering it up again.

Many PCAs available depending on your model/revision. PITA.
The service manual is a combined T120/T520. Worked on a T120 a few times for one customer. Found a balloon (yes, a WHOLE deflated balloon stuck in the paper path) in one trip!
POS units.
I forgot to update this thread.
This part (just the usb w firmware) took care of it:
