HP laserjet 9000 MFP light copies

If you print internally from the machine the document looks great. When you make a copy and it comes out really light. Firmware is up to date, I took out all optical mirrors and cleaned them they were filthy and had film all over them but not much improvement. Any suggestions thanks.

Cancel... Customer somehow changed the toner density setting and I had adjusted it but did not realize that you go down in number to go darker. I assumed you went up to darken.

Lol, no sweat...happens to the best of us. At least you didnt take the machine half apart for nothing.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".
