    HP laser jet 4600/4650 toner cartridge chip

    does anyone knows what chip is used in HP laser jet 4600/4650 toner cartridge for counting pages? it seems to be one wire eeprom inside for counting ...

    what chip are you refeering to the in side the ho or the one on the toner cart. itself?

    Hi, I have service manual for HP4600, if you want it I can send you on e-mail. About chip - I use Static chips and toners and everything is OK.

    have near 60 chips for HP laser jet 4600/4650 toner cartridges /no name china maker/ which are not programed or with some errors /not sure/ - printers can't read them, and i like to reprogram them. I need EPROM part number used in this toner cartridges to read a good one and to try to write to a bad one / my faulty chips are C,M,Y/

    i found what i need thanx to all EEPROM chip inside is microchip 12F683 - more info on microchip.com

    i will add binares next week if all is ok with reprogramed chips
