Hello,

We have a HP wide format Z2100 that recently had an error for the formater to be replaced (21.1.03). We replaced the formater, reflashed the firmware to the most up to date. Now we have an error to replace the print heads. We changed the print heads but still get the same message. We cleaned the contact and have no idea where to go next. We sometimes get a error message of 08:YZ.

Please help.

Have you double checked the connectors between the carriage and the formatter board? Try to reseat them.

I've seen this a several times before and it had almost every something to do with the cable connections...
