    HP Laserjet 2200 cartridge disassembly

    Hello there, guys and gals!

I've got at home an oldie but goodie Laserjet 2200DN with a recycled imaging unit. The prints are coming out all dirty, and I'm thinking that a simple cleaning on the drum blade should solve the problem.

Are there any instructions on how to disassemble the thing?

    Cheers!

Do yourself a favor, don't disassemble! By the way, did you check the fusing unit? Could also be the cause.

No, I didn't, but for the pattern the thing makes on the paper, I'd bet money the problem lies indeed with the cartridge.

Besides, the original cartridges from HP cost ~€100; the remanufactured ones usually got for ~50€ - this one cost me €14 So, I'm not surprised.

Have no idea, I'm not at home. But when I'll get there, I'll post it here.
