| Hp 9250 digital sender, blurry after first page
I just got a call from a customer saying that no matter how much is scanned, the first page is clear and the rest are blurry. I have had someone tell me this about their 9250, but would not let me take it to fix. Just as a guess, I would say it would be a hard drive issue, but I believe that the hard drive has a OR that is ghosted on by HP at a cost of $800.That makes it hard to swap and test if you do not have another 9250. I would be greatful for any info. |
