How does the seperation pad for tray 1 come out of this machine? do you have to take out the whole paper feed unit? I see how the feed roller is replaced.

Remove both mf trays, remove mf roller, pop out both sides of separation arms, slide both black rollers(next to mf roller) to right, remove left and middle spring, remove black rollers to left and remove right spring, now you can remove sep pad
