Color LJ 3550

Printing black very light. It is gray instead of black. All other colors are good. Tried new OEM toner & changed the blk dev clutch but did not help.

Not sure if this is relevant but printer seems to be running slower.

Any other suggestions? Thanks in advance

Faded colors...

First, check high voltage contacts at the sides of carts.
Then it's probably going to be the HV board. I recently had one with the same exact problem, only on Cyan.
The reason is that it's a HUGE HV board on the side that delivers voltages to all the carts.
