    HP DesignJet 120 Plotter

    Greetings,

    We replaced the ink supply assembly/unit and now the plotter doesn't recognize the ink cartridges. Any ideas?

    These things are a pain to work on, all I can tell you is to go back and check that everything is pluged in the right place.

    there are a lot of adjustments and calibrations you must do, you should buy the manual. just add to the bill.
