| hp cm1312 mfp i'm not familiar with this unit, but most color registration problems result from toner being in a place it is not supposed to be.
Start by removing all cartridges and ITB. Clean the entire cavity and all cartridges. Clean the color registration detector (usually located at above the ITB). Clean all scanner lenses. Try replacing the offending color cartridge to see if the problem goes away. Hope this helps you. Please post resolution to assist others. |
