HP DesignJet 1055CM and C2394Z multi roll feeder

Hi, I've got this problem - this HP1055cm doesn't recognize this feeder C2394Z, even in the system setting missing command for active/inactive this feeder. Any idea!

If there is no place to activate it in system, then you don't have the right level FW. These feeders are a real pain. If the the 1055 is a "A" model you probably wont be able to find the FW that you need and if you do it will cost you.
