    hp 2600n sensor error

    HP 2600n removed laser unit to clean, after re-install sensor error message ( no code )Cleaned all sensors and same message comes up.Any suggestions.

    We have a manual, this error is not mentioned in much detail in the manual.

    which sensor error did you get? That will determine where the problem is located. Check flags/actuators first and make sure sensor is clean. Go through the steps you went through to clean the scanner and make sure all cables are connected. Verify good connection by disconnecting and connecting again.
