Hi all,

I have some issue about print quality.
When I print some document smudging appear in the back of the paper oval cyan.
The cyan toner cartridge has been replaced the same day the problem appear again, than I decide to replace the dc controler, transfer belt and change the tray 1 to anything else than any size any type.

Cyan color oval on the back of the paper.

Any idea.

Are the toners aftermarket? HP color printers like OEM cartridges. If that oval is repeating in the same part of the page, about the distance of the drum diameter, the cyan drum maybe has a dent on it.

I agree with fixthecopier. Check cartridges first.
