ERROR 51.22 on HPCLJ2600n

Hello all

I have attempted to clean the mirrors on a Colour laserjet 2600n printer.

Reassembled the printer and now I got an error 51.22 - Turn off an on. I have tried this but the error message keep appearing - can anybody help on this please?

Check cables to the laser scanner. specifically the one to the scanner for the magenta. Check them to the DC controller. Hope this helps. Laser scanners are not available from HP. so, you'll have to pick up a used one if the scanner turns out to be bad. Since you were just in there, I would think that the problem is probably a cable not connected properly.
