    HP Colorlaserjet 3500 error 59.10

    Hi I experience sometimes noise on the right side of the printer and streaks.
    I use genuine toner cartridge and in the event log Error 59.10 appear 5 times.

    Any Idea?

    According to the manual, "59.10"

    The "59." indicates a printer motor problem.
    The "10" indicates a drum motor problem.

    The manual suggests reseating J5002 on the drum motor, and J1019 on the DC Controller PWB. Or replace the drum motor.

    Personally I would check the drum drive, to make sure everything turns smoothly. Then I would invest in a manual.

    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
