Am having a problem with my Hp color Laserjet cp1215 giving me error Message (Cartridge Memory Error On Magenta)I have tried to chande The Magenta Cartridge and put a new one but the problem is still there.Is there anyone who have came across it please help my machine is almost new.

What error is shown in the event log when you print a configuration page? The new cartridge you put in, is it a new OEM? Make sure the cartridge is seated properly and there is not anything obstructing the cartridge. You could have a bad e-label reader (rare problem). The reader is not an available part, so you're pretty much SOL if it's that.
