It's ok, I'm used to it. I just kind of ignore it and go on.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!".

Thanks again Lori. Your instructions were very step by step informative but somehow when i got down to removing formatter and disconnecting cable I was still having a problem. I can't exactly remember as it has been 3 months. So instead of trying to go further with disassembly I made a serious effort to install clip and spring without further disassembly and managed to do that.
I probably missed something in your instruction. I have been in the business since 1968 but spent the greatest part of those years in office and started servicing machines myself on a regular basis in mid 2007. I had picked up things along the way and dabbled in service from time to time over the years when necessary. Without places like Copytech.net and talented and helpful techs like yourself I would have had to do something else. Frank
