I have a broken bag error and have performed the following:
1. Replaced Ink Cartridge
2. Replaced Tube assy
3. Replaced gamut pci card.
I have performed 10.1 and 11 in service mode many times during these steps but have not resolved this issue. I am wondering if the actual error is hard coded into the ink cartridge? If any one has come across this please contact me. larry@bluelink.us
