DesignJet 5000 Print head recovery

I have completely serviced this machine from a new belt to purging the tubes. All calibrations and colors look correct. But a few hours the print heads constantly need recovering and the prints lose their color. The print heads are all new this has been ongoing with this machine. Any suggestions on what this might be. Thanks

If I had to guess, sounds like the ink tube system needs replacing.
