    DesignJet 5000 Not aligning properly

After replacing the belt I still get calibration errors when doing the printhead alignment and the bars are slightly overlapping. The print gets a yellowish line on the edges. Do i need to readjust the belt again maybe its off??or can it be something else??Any help is appreciated Thanks

What error code are you getting. If it is not a printhead path error then its not the belt. I would do a paper advance calibration.

There is an adjustment for the carriage that requires a jig, that sets how high the carriage rides above the paper.
