    4250 13.20 error

Have a 4250, recently replaced swing arm assy and installed maintenance kit. Worked for 2 days, now is coming up 13.20.00 error, jam inside rear door. Replaced fuser with know working one, check sensor actuators to see if any were sticking, none are. Book says DC controller, but was hoping someone has run into this before. Checked all connections, everything seems fine. Thanks for your help. Jeff M.

Remove tray 1 assembly and make sure theres not a scrap of paper in there. Theres a sensor flag that is attached to the feed roller assembly. Most common 13.20 error.

It was the DC controller. Thanks for your response, Wild Bill. Jeff M.
