we use in our company, when the printer is the HP LaserJet M1522nf model,
Firmware Corrupt Ready 2 Download error message.
I stopped in for repair service, they said the motherboard is defective and has to change.
I learned that the price of the device close to the card exchange fee.

Message explains itself... Firmware is corrupt, you need to reflash the firmware, it is available on the HP website with instructions on how to update the firmware along with the driver's etc goto support and search for your model.

If it fails to flash the firmware then the formatter has problems...

When you downlaod the firmware and open it, there is a readme file. It has all the instructions on how to do it and all the commands you need to type. If it fails to load, then the formatter is probably at fault.
