i have had two of these do this now and both i just turned it off and back on to fix it but was wondering if anybody else has seen this. No matter how many originals you put in the adf..it sends them all through and only copies the first page and always says scanning page 1 on the display. They can also only fax out the first page. Like I said, turning it on and off seems to fix it, but is this a common problem with these?

BTW.. I just updated the firmware on this one and it still did it until I actually turned the switch off and back on.

After you power it the one time does customer have to keep doing this or was it a one time thing?

So far I have had 2 machines do it.. 1 time each machine that I am aware of. I told the client to turn off and back on if it comes back. This was the first time for this machine and the other I haven't had to visit since.
