    HP 4600 Jam @ top

    Hello everybody!

I have been experiencing paper jam @ the fuser and wants to wrap around it.
Fuser is at 57% and Imaging @ 28%, I ran paper path, and sensors and demo page, but when end user wants to do photo quality and use standard media, it jams. The static discharge? The photo has to much toner for the paper?
Did not help matters any that she pulled out the fuser and yanked on the belt, now there is a wrinkle on it!!

Seen this a few times when the customer is useing aftermartket toners. there seems to be a lot of moisture content is some of them, which causes moisture to condensate in the fuser..

check to make sure they are not useing aftermarket toners before anything else.

and if anyone has found a company that does a good, reliable job on color toners for HP let me know, there seems to be a few good MONO makers out there but I have'nt found a color line that i would reccomend to someone I hate yet.
