Getting intermittent error at a customer’s office of it saying Bin 2 is full of an 8 bin mail box (Q5693A). I cannot duplicate this problem when I am there. The only other thing that I have noticed is that if I trigger bin full sensor on left output tray and bin 1 it will say that it is full. When I do this for the rest of remaining bins I don’t get message. I don’t have much experience with the bin finisher and am a little puzzled. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks for reading.

I dont have much experience with these also, but...See if it is a specific job they send when it does this; Ask customer to remember the job (Hopefully it's not an automatic job). Check the firmware updates because it is possible they fixed this with the update. All I got.
