Hi Guys, dont know if this should be posted on this forum but if anyone has seen this i would appreciate the help.
The designjet is throwing up a 79.04 error. I have upgraded the firmware but still i get this message. Is it possible that this is a formatter issue? Thanks in advance.

Testing 1-2-3, testing, testing. Is this thing on?
Third party ink supplies (printheads or cartridges) can commonly cause unexplained 79:04 errors. To resolve issue, replace all third party ink supplies from the printer, and replace with supported HP ink supplies.
