TRI COLOR NOT DETECTED

I am using HP OFFICEJET4500, recently I got tri color catridge problem even I have changed the color catridge it is showing the same error. I have done cleaning of gold strip with water and bottom plate with head cleaner.

Are you using a generic or oem cartridge?

Usually you will encounter a problem if you used generic cartridge?
