Paper jams using optional paper tray

Have a LJ P4014 that will not feed paper from tray three/ correction, will feed the paper but paper jams between the third and second tray. Main unit works fine without any additional trays connected.
Have changed paper drive assy, paper pick-up assy.
Any ideas?

Had one doing that but in tray 2 the guide was bent. Not sure where yours is stopping.
My symptoms were folding the paper at the feed roller and ripping the paper as it fed thru.
