Hp cp2025

Hi,just wondering if any hp tech have seen this
hp 2025 colour bands.pdf
It happens intermittently and doesn't have the same pattern of colours.
I have taken all the units out,cleaned contacts etc and ran the cleaning mode and it seems to be running ok, but I get
the feeling this will come back in. Just wondering if any you guys with Hp expierience have seen this before.Thinkin I might do the firmware next time there is a call.

are these orjinal toner or OEM
it may be defective drum surface (CMY)
did you try different toner ?

I have had the same problem with generic cartridges another thing to look at is the transfer belt if the mc is over 100000 prints would need new one hope this helps.
