HP Color LaserJet CM1312nfi MFP

Can anyone help? I have an all-in-one colour laser printer model CM1312nfi MFP. But every time I boot it, it signals 'Rear Door Open', when it clearly is not. There are no paper jams and the rear door opens and closes fine. Many thanks.

Sounds like the door actuator is not actuating the switch/sensor or the switch/sensor could be defective. Outside of that, you may need a tech to look at it.
