Hp 5525 display 49.38.0C error
Can somebody help me ?

49 errors are communication errors caused by:

1. Documents left in the queue. (30%)
2. Firmware needs to be updated. (50%)
3. Network setting issues/cabling (15%)
4. Formatter to DC controller connections (5%)

This is the case with all HP laserjets.

Hi,
I tried to update firmware by network, USB but I didn't do that because:
-Device can't connect to PC (i can't printout configuration page from device, because "home" key and "OK" key could not operated), can't ping to device from PC (disconneted to LAN).
-upload firmware from USB have not done due to the device display: no media connected
so, how can i know device's firmware version ?
Or may be formatter board defective ?

Actually, it sounds like you might not have the proper software installed on the computers you want to connect the machine to. Download the latest from the HP site and install it and see what happens.
