hp c2320 jamming

This machine is not picking paper from both trays.has anyone had this issue before.
Seems like the the tray is not lifting up neither is the feed roller turning.This machine was working fine,started suddenly.Any idea is most appreciated.

Hi guys,
I managed to solve the problem after stripping the machine down till I got to the paper feed drive,it was just a selonoid that was not activating.It was a good lesson for me.Am slowly into HP machines now.

Hi Genius,

I was about to say to check the solenoids and the tray lift motors, not to mention the paper pickup rollers & gears.

Good Job of finding out the issue
