Hi All,

It seems that this printer stops by every 3 or 4 print pages and started cleaning mispickup every times all 4 toner cartridges are new.( genuine). Reprints the last page printed when it restarts. LIKE 1,2,3,3,4,5,5,6 it is not conststent on where it stops Like a run of 1,2,3,4,4,5,6,. and some times it will run all 6 pages, when it stoppes it says "cleaning" when done it says restart and picks up where it think it stopped.
Any Idea?

Have you tried new frimware? Sounds like it may be related.

Sometimes, just changing the pickup roller/separation pad resolves this problem (at least in my experience). I have had several instances where I changed the roller/pad, without changing any settings, and the chronic cleaning cycles ended right away.
