There's a company down your way called TSA World. Go there and and buy a couple "KP3005X". I say buy a couple, because you'll use two or three of these gear sets for each fuser you consume. Tell them blackcat sent you. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

2 speeds the loud noise comes when it kicks in high gear; Like Blackcat said order that kit; The fuser bushing gets jacked; common problem unless you have a totally different problem that none of us have ever had. Which i doubt

    Re: Lj m3035sx making noise

I have replaced that very gear kit on a couple p3005's w/ varying success.....if replacing gears does NOT fix it, I have found that the GRIND GRIND GRIND noise will go away when I push in towards front of printer with a screwdriver in the screw on the lower left fuser mount!!

The problem is being caused by the printer frame being a thin, flimsy ear of sheet metal coupled with the resistance of the fuser unit to turning/torque. I have been able to get rid of the noise semi-permanently on 3005's and the m3035's by shoving a wedge into the gap between/rear of it and the formatter sheetmetal.

I can get off my butt and take a pic if y'all cain't figger it out yerselves!! But come on, we're TECHNICIANS! Try what I say and see what happens, I'd be interested if anyone has a better or different fix than mine: I cut a piece of a Q-tip stick to about 1/2" and shove it in between the flimsy bracket and the machine-side formatter cage metal which is at 90 degrees to the offending part.

Since I've replaced the kit twice and had the noise remain (and I'm poor), I now try the 'screw-push' test before I shell out bucks for the parts!!

This is a very common problem. If you wish to fix it permanently order a new fuser from Laser Pros. It comes with a new fuser drive gear that is slightly smaller. This reduces the pressure on the lower roller bushing.

????It wouldn't even work if you reduce the size of the drive gear wtf?
