fix, that was F@$*** ing hilarious !!!!!!!!! just what I needed after a day like today !!!!!! It reminds me of a training video that Ricoh used back in the day, It was Two guy's named Mike. Two versions of the same service call 1 very very bad and 1 very professional. Funny as could be!

When I read the title of this thread, all I could think of was that guy telling the lady to fan it three times.
