Hi there! I've got an issue with a LaserJet 2840 that's having paper pickup issues. It picks the paper up from the tray just fine, but occasionally gets stuck at the pickup rollers inside the printer - not the registration roller, but the first set of rollers as the paper enters the printer from the tray. I didn't even notice them until I looked at the printer from the bottom without the tray inserted - any easy way to clean these up? It looks like it'd be a monster job to disassemble the printer to the point of having access to these rollers...thanks!
Edit:
I was able to get a look at another 2840 this morning. It looks like I can get a credit card up there. Going to try wetting a cloth and run it by a few times...that should help things a bit!
