Question HP Laserjet 500 MFP fax problems..... VoIP :(

I have a HP Laserjet 500 MFP that is used as a backup/redundancy at an insurance company. Problem is, it will only print the first 3 pages of a RX fax. You can send a 15 page fax from the K-M 364e sitting next to it (different lines) and they will show tx/rx of 15 pages but the HP will only print 3 pages once the transmission has been completed. Vice versa (hp to konica) works fine but this stupid little HP will only print 3 pages of a received fax.

I went through the FAX settings, it is set to print all faxes.
Experimented with speeds, speeding up/slowing down is no help.
Firmware is updated on both machines.

The konica 364e faxes like a champ after doing a few tweaks. The HP doesn't seem to have many adjustments other than slow, medium, fast. Hopefully there is a "only print first 3 pages of incoming faxes" button I failed to notice. Fingers crossed.

    Any input would be appreciated.

If one of the tweaks you did to the Konica was to turn off ECM, that VoIP system is probably not following the industry standard rules and is likely to be the main problem.

Just to be sure, you might try plugging the HP into the Konica's phone line, if it is possible. If that works, you might want to get the phone company involved. A bad phone line can cause all sorts of weird problems.
