Hi hope you all doing great have this strange issue with device,(The Product is unable to calibrate. Close the lid and remove paper from the document feeder or flatbed) at every startup and most often during copy command device will get stall. Things I have done are, Cleaned the scanner, checked for any remaining paper pieces in DF.checked for firmware upgrades and thy are up to date.do I need to replace the scanning lamps or DC board? or is there anything I should be looking at?I would really appreciate if someone here could have a hint about this issue......Regard
