Where's that event log, cucuklotz? =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

It depends on how big a file it is. You can upload files up to ~1MB in size. Larger files will exceed size limitations. =^..^=

When you are composing a post, if you scroll down a bit you'll see a button labeled "Manage Attachments". Click on that, then in the window that opens click on the "Add Files" button. When your picture shows up in the lower pane of the "Manage Attachments" window, click on the "Insert Inline" button. The picture will then show up in your post editing window, and when you click "Submit Reply" the picture will show up in your finished post.
It took me a bit to figure that out when I was a noob here, so I hope this can help you now.

    HI,
Thank you for your patience and help.If you go back to my original postI have added the lasted event log.
The customer called me again a few hours ago to tell ne that they now have to go to machine to press go button every time they try to print from one of their computers in addition to the jamming issues they are having.
    Thanks,Andy
