    Re: PRINT QUALITY

What is the full model number, including the letters on the right and left side? That machine may not be capable of automatic two sided printing. There's no way for us to know without that very basic information.
Or, you might not have selected automatic two side printing properly. That's kind of unlikely if you have checked the user instructions that are on the CD that came with the machine, though.
If the machine is capable of two sided printing and still won't do that, there should be indications of paper jams when you try. Were there any? The absence of that very basic information is why I came up with those other two suggestions.

Iowa, you are much nicer and more patient than me. Its like he is thinking we can somehow know exactly WTF he's talking about.
Probably something they can do by looking in the %#^@ owners manual!

    Re: PRINT QUALITY

Well, if I haven't heard of the poster before I'll try to give them some help if I think I have a clue about what they are talking about, on the chance they'll come back and help others out. That's kind of how I got started on CTN.
Still, the person who started this thread does need to define the problem better. That's why I asked those questions, and based on their responses to date I think we're done here.
