Here's the standard HP user troubleshooter for that error:
'Ink System Failure' or a '0x...' or a 'C2...' Error Message Displays on the Front Panel HP Officejet Pro 8500A Premium e-All-in-One Printer - A910n | HP® Support
If you haven't tried this yet, do it now. (If this version is unusable because of the language, search the HP website for something that works better. I've heard they have pretty good translations, and I've found the troubleshooting information there will take care of some problems like this.)
Still, Wild Bill is right, it is normally more economical to replace malfunctioning small ink jet machines than to repair them if user troubleshooting doesn't work. More so if the machine is out of warrantee like that one appears to be.
most hp desktop inkjets are classified exchange only by hp(under warranty or care pack printer is exchanged no service tech sent out). Also checking hp tech support site there are no service manuals available for officejet or officejet pro printers. except the new X series highspeed inkjets.
