HP LJ M4555 blurry prints toward trailing edge of paper

I just replaced the HVPS on this machine, which involved taking off just about EVERYTHING. Once I got it back together, I'm getting this intermittent blur on the trailing edge of prints. I don't know if you can see it on the attached pages or not.

Tried new OEM toner ctg--nothing changes. I'm thinking fuser. I've seen fusers cause blur, but I haven't seen them do it on just the trailing ends.

Problem solved.

First of all, it's the leading edge and not the trailing edge. I suddenly realized that the M4555 flips the paper over. Don't know why I didn't see that before.

Anyway, right after the transfer roller, there are a few tiny transport belts, attached to a tiny, free rolling roller. One of the pins going through the rollers was off kilter, and the paper was stubbing against it as it passed through. That's what was causing blur (see pic).
