So is part of the paper IN the fuser?
First things first, is the paper in the tray the same size as indicated? sounds like it thinks the paper should be legal and it's really letter. Check the backstop in the paper tray for proper alignment. Try running a page thru the bypass to prove machine is working properly. Hope it helps.

thnks for your response.. but what puzzled me is when I activate the sensors for the machine to think that there is actually toner cartridge inside the machine works normal.. but when i put the cartridge inside the problem persist it, the paper jammed right before exiting the fuser assembly and no toner powder is released by the cartridge.. but first ill try your advice.. thank you so much.
Also on the fuser there is a sensor lever that breaks

Wild Bill, Wouldn't there be an image on the page if it was a broken sensor flag? That's why I thought paper size...
So the page feeds through when there's no cartridge, but stops when there is a cartridge?
What is the jam code being thrown by the machine? That may give you clue as to what the machine thinks is wrong.
