Some questions first:
Did you get that machine new, or was it used?
Has the formatter ever been changed in the machine?
And are you using toner from HP?
It kind of looks like at least the black and cyan toner cartridges should be replaced. But the print counts would seem to indicate that is not the case. Which is why I had to ask.
(Sorry if you caught the initial version of this, it took me a couple of tries to see the edges of the prints in the pictures.)

This was at a customer's office but wasn't used for awhile. Genuine toners. I told them to order new "genuine" toners and I will try replacing them and see what happens. I will report back with the result.
