Question HP Laserjet 600 M602 Squeaking

First of all this is my first post so bear with me....

I have tried searching the web and the forums before I posted....

Here is the scenario....customer is complaining of squealing and have gone and done the following: did a full maintenance kit (it was calling for it) to include tires and fuser and transfer roller.

Noise seems to be coming from the front of machine in the area just above the feed tires in the tray 1 area. there is quite a build-up of dust (possible plastic) in the area. I have also tried replacing the OEM toner with another OEM toner to no avail.

Does anyone have a clue on what the next step should be besides tearing the whole machine apart or at the least offer a clue to the area I should be looking for.

    Thanks in Advance

Going by what you've replaced I would check the

#1.) "Paper Tray" I've had these give a squeak in that area

#2.) "Paper pickup drive assembly" RM1-8415.
Take the right side cover off and put a screw driver on the assembly and stick your ear on the end of it.
There's a clutch in there that squeals.

#3.) Drum Drive assembly. Check if you have 59.errors

That's All I can think of, Good Luck!

Fixed....was a squeaky metal bar in the drive assembly very difficult to get to but a few drops of oil and problem resolved the metal bar is located behind tray 1 pick up tires and behind the first bar will post a pick of area for future reference.

Glad you got the machine fixed!
It would be cool if you could share pictures of the area you fixed. It would help people who are looking for a solution for that problem here.
