cm4540 new hard disk installed

Hi,

i have installed a new hdd in my cm4540 and installed the new firware. Everything runs fine during the installation process and it then asks me to reboot. Whilst rebooting it gets to initializing and starts a count, it got to 1300 in the count(about 20mins) and restarted it as i thought this was an exceptionally long time to go through this process. Again i restarted and it does the count again. Is this normal? is there something wrong? thanks for the help
