hp 9050mfp 59.10/59.20 errors

replaced the main motor/registration/dc controller/toner/fuser/piu unit. this thing only presents the error after a jam and the machine has to be cycled like 4 time to come back up. service test comes back passed, can run 100 test pages from each drawer with no problems when running, but if i simulate a jam(open a cover)or if the machine misfeeds it goes right into 59.xx error. any ideas?

I have had a couple of these with 2,000 sheet trays doing strange paper jam and paper size errors and finally figured out that the small plastic hooks that the pressure springs attach to on the lower right side door break off and cause slow paper feed due to little or no pressure between the rollers.
