Do you hear the laser spinning up? Is there any unfused image on the drum or paper? If no to both of these questions, the air bearings on the polygon mirror motor may be seizing up. You can buy yourself some time by cleaning the motor shaft and bearing, and applying a single, very small, miniscule, microscopic drop of oil to the shaft. Keep in mind that you must never touch the mirror surfaces with anything. ONLY use air or a blower brush is the mirror surfaces look dirty. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Are the paper size and type settings correct? If I understand the problem correctly, wrong settings there can sometimes cause that sort of problem.
There is unfused image on paper, after i take out the paper jam, the machine even spin while initiallizing
Thanks, the first page will not come out, base on paper setting, i think that happen while first page out then next jam. even test jam too
Sounds like the fuser film is not turning properly from lack of grease on the heating element
sandmanmac point is worth looking into as this do happen, also the roller fuser sleve could be worn and many times ripped and still work. Take out the fuser and inspect it. also the actuator could get broken so when the paper passes the flag is not actuated. The spring for the actuator could be disloged.
Take a look at the fuser otherwise you can sit on your shoe and wonder all day long what is the cause. Go ahead get your hands dirty, thats what techs do.
