Is it skewing before or after imaging? That is to say, Is the image skewed on the paper, or is the image straight on the paper? =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

It is on printed image, so seems like registration area or prior, vertical

does it skew when it is printed from the pc, copied from the platen glass, copied from the adf all the same way, or have you not explored those variations? Does that model have a usb plug? Maybe try to import an image from the usb stick and see if it skews that way too. It's real hard to understand every problem without being in front of the mfp. It could be something as simple as a sticker stuck in the paper path that you can't see.

Well since an HP laserjet 4250 is just a printer, it could only affect printed images. And since it does not have a scanner or document feeder, it does not affect those operations. =^..^=

I would try replacing the reg assembly. But also check to see that all those plates and springs around the reg assembly are as they should. Every now and then I've had customers try to take them apart to find a jam and not get them back together properly.

Okay does it skew from internal prints like a configuration page, or site map, or only prints from a pc? Are the fences in the tray static or do they move around, is there slop in the trays?

Re: hp 4250 skews from both trays

The worst skew that I've seen was caused by labels wrapping onto the registration roller at one end of the roller. The labels acted like a spacer, so the reg roller didn't have any pressure at one end.

My recommendation is to take apart the reg assembly and clean all the rollers. Also check that the pressure springs are all there. =^..^=

    Its not an MFP...

I Agree with Black Cat and theengel

Inspect registration rollers... you can take all the screws out and at least clean the rollers or remove stuff that's in there, but there's a grounding screw and you cant get to it until you remove main drive assembly.

***Also, I would check the little piece of foam that quiets the registration flapper; Just Like the solenoids the foam gets F'D up and creates glue so the flapper will get stuck up and wont align paper. See Pic...

Next, change the Registration assembly which is kind of a big job, Good Luck
